	Amend CSHB 1777 on page 47 line 24 by striking: "gasification 
of municipal solid waste," and on page 48 line 1 through 5 striking:
	", other than gasification of municipal solid waste.  In this 
subsection, "municipal solid waste" means nondurable goods, 
containers and packaging, food wastes, yard trimmings, and 
miscellaneous organic wastes from residential, commercial, and 
industrial nonprocess sources." And substituting "."
