Amend CSHB 1835 (Senate committee report) as follows:                        
	(1)  Amend Sec. 212.904(a) by deleting the following between 
"infrastructure improvements" and "by the making of dedications,":

"beyond the municipality's minimum adopted standards for on-site 
development"
	(2)  Amend Sec. 212.904(e) by inserting the following 
between "prevailing party" and "in an appeal": ", other than a 
municipality,"
	(3)  On page 2, lines 22, 23, and 24, strike "applies only to 
municipal approval of a development project that occurs on or after 
the effective date of this Act" and replace with "does not apply to 
any matter or case adjudicated under previous law"
