Amend HB 2024 (House Committee Printing) as follows:                         
	(1)  On page 1, line 6, strike "Subsection (n)" and substitute 
"Subsections (n) and (o)".
	(2)  On page 3, between lines 24 and 25, insert the following:                 
	(o)  The Subsection (d) requirement that a person complete a 
training course before the person may hunt does not apply to a 
person who:
		(1)  is a member of the United States military forces 
serving on active duty; or
		(2)  was honorably discharged from the United States 
military forces.
