Amend CSHB 2025 as follows:                                                  

(1)  On page 3, strike lines 24-26 and substitute:
	(d)  Notwithstanding any other law, the commission 
[department] may contract with the Admiral Nimitz Foundation for 
the administration and operation of the museum, including any 
necessary renovation, improvement, or expansion of the museum.
	(2)  On page 3, line 27, strike "[(e)]" and substitute "(e)".
