	Amend CSHB 2129 (House committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  On page 3, line 4, strike "and".                                   
	(2)  On page 3, between lines 4 and 5, insert the following:                   
		(8)  a distributed energy generation technology 
program; and         
	(3)  On page 3, line 5, strike "(8)" and substitute "(9)".
