System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend HB 2129 as follows:                                                    
	(1)  On page 3, after line 9, add a new sub item (10) to the 
list of Section 31.005. CUSTOMER-OPTION PROGRAMS, section (a):
		"(10)  a program to encourage the use of appropriate 
trees or other landscaping for energy efficiency."
