Amend HB 2129 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTION and renumbering the subsequent SECTIONS of the bill 
accordingly:
	SECTION ___.  Section 39.904, Utilities Code, is amended by 
adding subsection (g) to read as follows:
	(g)  For installation by 2015, the commission shall 
establish a renewable energy credit program of 100 megawatts of 
renewable distributed generation technology in each non-attainment 
area in the state.
