	Amend the Madden amendment to CSHB 2193 as follows:                          
	(1)  On page 1, line 11, between "first" and "degree", insert 
"or second".
	(2)  On page 1, strike lines 12 and 13 and substitute the 
following:         
		(2)  5 years, for a third degree felony other than a 
third degree felony otherwise described by Subdivision (1).
