System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend Amendment No. 1 to CSHB 2201 by Hughes on page 2 of the 
amendment, by striking lines 14-18 and substituting the following:
	(d)  For the purposes of Subsection (b), a permit application 
submitted under this section that meets the emission standards 
described by Subsection (a) is deemed to be the recommendation of 
the executive director of the commission, and after a public 
meeting described by Subsection (c), shall be forwarded to the 
state office of administrative hearings for a contested case 
hearing.
