The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
Amend CSHB 2217 (Senate committee printing), in SECTION 8 of 
the bill, immediately following amended Subsection (b), Section 
51.402, Natural Resources Code (page 3, between lines 5 and 6), by 
adding the following:
	(c)  Notwithstanding Subsection (a), the market value of the 
investments in real estate under this section on January 1 of each 
even-numbered year may not exceed an amount that is equal to fifteen 
percent of the market value of the permanent school fund on that 
date.
