The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSHB 2221 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  On page 5, line 13, between "plan" and "must", insert "is 
informational only and".
	(2)  On page 6, line 7, strike "60" and substitute "45".         
	(3)  On page 7, strike lines 12-15.
