Amend CSHB 2233 by adding the following appropriately 
numbered section to the bill, and renumber subsequent sections as 
appropriate:

Notwithstanding any other law, the Health and Human Services 
Commission and other health and human service agencies may utilize 
digital signatures for administrative functions and may require the 
use of digital signatures for business transactions, if the 
Commission determines that their use if cost effective.
