Amend CSHB 2236 as follows: (1) On page 4, line 4, strike "or". (2) On page 4, line 5, between "issuing" and "the", insert ", or enforcing". (3) On page 4, line 5, between "permit" and the period, insert "or to compensate the regulatory agency for the actual and attributable costs of infrastructure or improvements for which the fee is imposed".
