The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSHB 2266 on page 1, between lines 17 and 18, by 
inserting the following:
	(c)  This section does not preclude a municipality from 
establishing development criteria as a condition for receipt of a 
tax credit or other incentive or for the purpose of preventing 
gentrification.
