Amend CSHB 2266 in SECTION 1 of the bill, by adding a new Subsection (d) to added Section 214.904, Local Government Code, (page 1, between lines 28 and 29, Senate committee printing) to read as follows: (d) This section does not apply to property that is part of an urban land bank program.
