Amend CSHB 2330 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  On page 1, line 6, strike "(c) and (d)" and substitute 
"(c), (d), and (e)".
	(2)  On page 3, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following:                 
	(e)  Notwithstanding Subsection (c), a general academic 
teaching institution that does not consider race or ethnicity as a 
factor in admissions is required to offer admission to any 
applicant for admission to the institution who qualifies for 
automatic admission under Subsection (a).
