Amend CSHB 2330 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  On page 1, line 6, strike "(c) and (d)" and substitute 
the following:   
	(a)  This applies to universities and colleges in Texas whose 
anglo population of the freshman class previously entered is less 
than 75 percent.
