Amend CSHB 2337 (House Committee Report) on page 3, between 
lines 13 and 14, by inserting the following:
	(d)  The department, another state or federal law enforcement 
agency, or a state or federal agency may not use or share 
information from the image verification system established under 
this section for the purpose of conducting any form of surveillance 
or monitoring.
