Amend HB 2337 on third reading as follows:                                   
	In section 4 of HB 2337, proposed section 521.059, 
Transportation Code, (committee printing on page 2, lines 1-7), 
strike proposed subsection (c), and substitute the following:
	(c)  The Department shall use the image verfication system 
established under this section to aid other law enforcement 
agencies in establishing the identity of a victim of a disaster or 
crime that a local law enforcement agency is unable to establish.
