System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend HB 2344 as follows:                                                    
	1.  On page 9, line 22 insert the following:                                   
	(d)  The council shall collaborate with the Governor's EMS 
and Trauma Advisory Council, the American Stroke Association and 
other stroke experts to make recommendations to the department for 
rules on the recognition and rapid transportation of stroke 
patients to health care facilities capable of treating strokes 
twenty-four hours a day and recording stroke patient outcomes.
