Amend CSHB 2525 on page 1, between lines 4 and 5 by inserting 
the following new Section and renumbering the remaining sections 
accordingly:
	(1)  On page 26, strike lines 2-10 and substitute:                             
	Sec. 2264.427.  DECLARATORY OR INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.  This 
chapter may be enforced through an action for declaratory or 
injunctive relief filed not later than the 30th day after the date 
on which the contract is awarded.
	(2)  On page 28, strike lines 3-10 and substitute:                             
	Sec. 2254.007.  DECLARATORY OR INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.  (a) This 
subchapter may be enforced through an action for declaratory or 
injunctive relief filed not later than the 30th day after the date 
on which the contract is awarded.
