Amend CSHB 2525 on page 1, between lines 4 and 5 by inserting 
the following new Section and renumbering the remaining sections 
accordingly:
	SECTION___. Chapter 2253.021, Government Code, is amended by 
adding Subsection (h) to read as follows:
	(h)  A reverse auction procedure may not be used to obtain 
goods or services in a public work contract for which a bond is 
required under this section. In this subsection, "reverse auction 
procedure" has the meaning assigned by Section 2155.062, or a 
procedure similar to that assigned by Section 2155.062.
