Amend CSHB 2525 as follows:                                                  
	(1) In SECTION 2, Sec. 2264.427, add Subsection (b) to read 
as follows:      
	(b)  The injunctive relief provided by this section does not 
apply to enforcement of a contract entered into by a state agency 
that has a formal administrative appeals process regarding the 
award of the contract.
