Amend CSHB 2525 by adding the following appropriately 
numbered section to the bill and renumbering the remaining sections 
of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION __.  Subchapter C, Chapter 452, Transportation Code, 
is amended by adding Section 452.1095 to read as follows:
	Sec. 452.1095.  EXEMPTION FROM OTHER CONTRACTING LAW FOR 
CERTAIN AUTHORITIES.  Chapter 2264, Government Code, does not apply 
to an authority consisting of one subregion governed by a 
subregional board created under Subchapter O.
