Amend HB 2593 (engrossed) as follows:                                        
	In Section 6, add a new subsection (d) to Sec. 2054.2591 to 
read as follows: 
	(d)  No fee may be charged to a person authorized to file 
electronically under Section 195.003, Local Government Code, for 
filing, recording, access to or electronic copies of a real 
property record subject to the provisions of Chapter 195, Local 
Government Code, except as provided in Sections 195.006 or 195.007, 
Local Government Code.
