Amend CSHB 2702 on page 19 as follows:                                       

(1)  On line 14, strike "(c), (d), and (e)" and substitute 	"(c), (d), (e), and (f)".
	(2)  Between lines 24 and 25, insert:                                          
	(f)  Electronic toll collection customer account 
information, including contact and payment information and trip 
data, is confidential and not subject to disclosure under Chapter 
552, Government Code.
