Amend CSHB 2702 as follows:                                                  

(1)  On page 17, line 19, between "revenue" and "collected" 	insert "or other revenue derived from a turnpike project that is".
	(2)  On page 17, line 20, between "chapter" and the colon 
insert "and any payment received by the department under a 
comprehensive development agreement for a turnpike project".
