Amend CSHB 2702 in SECTION 3.03 of the bill (page 48, lines 
55-57) by striking proposed Subsection (d) of Section 2205.032, 
Government Code, and substituting the following:
	(d)  This section does not apply to aircraft owned or 
operated by:    
		(1)  the Department of Public Safety or the Parks and 
Wildlife Department that are used for law enforcement purposes;
		(2)  the Texas Department of Criminal Justice that are 
used for criminal justice purposes;  or
		(3)  The University of Texas System.
