Amend CSHB 2702 by adding the following appropriately 
numbered SECTION to ARTICLE 2 of the bill and renumbering 
subsequent SECTIONS of the article accordingly:
	SECTION __.  Subchapter B, Chapter 202, Transportation Code, 
is amended by adding Section 202.034 to read as follows:
	Sec. 202.034.  SALE OR CONVEYANCE OF BRIDGE.  (a)  The 
department shall sell or convey the part of the Presidio 
International Bridge owned by this state to the City of Presidio and 
Presidio County.
	(b)  A sale or conveyance under this section must comply with 
all state and federal rules governing the transaction.
