Amend Floor Amendment No. 30 to CSHB 2702 by striking page 1 lines 3-27 and substituting the following: SECTION __. Section 545.053, Transportation Code, is amended by adding Subsection (d) to read as follows: (d) A violation of Subsection (a) is a Class B misdeameanor if the vehicle being passed is a bicycle.
