Amend Floor Amendment No. 30 to CSHB 2702 by striking 
Subsections (a) and (b) of added Section 545.0535, Transportation 
Code (committee printing, page 1, lines 16-31), substituting the 
following, and relettering subsequent subsections of Section 
545.0535 accordingly:

	(a)  An operator of a motor vehicle passing a bicyclist 
operating on a highway or street shall pass at a safe distance.
