Amend Floor Amendment No. 45 (Estes) to CSHB 2702 (at page 2, 
line 5) by inserting the following between "(c)" and "the gross":

"If a local authority incurs any cost for equipment, installation, 
or implementation of a photographic traffic signal enforcement 
system; the local authority may apply the gross amount received 
from the imposition of a civil or administrative penalty against 
the owner or a motor vehicle to the cost until the local authority 
recovers its cost.  Upon recovering its cost, of [Of]".
