Amend CSHB 2753 as follows:                                                  
	(1) Strike SECTION 2 (page 2, lines 11 through 17) and 
renumber existing sections of the substitute accordingly; and 
	(2) Strike SECTION 9(b) (page 7, lines 1 through 2) and 
reletter existing subsections of the section accordingly.
