The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend CSHB 2799 on page 6, between lines 16 and 17, insert the
following:
(j) A political subdivision may not enter into an agreement
under Subsection (c) exclusively with one towing company.
