Amend CSHB 2833 (House committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  On page 5, after line 8, insert the following in Section 
2007.003(b) as "(10)" or other appropriately numbered new 
subsection:
	"an ordinance or governmental action or series of actions 
promulgated or undertaken by any city with a population greater 
than 4000 but less than 5000 containing sites registered by the 
National Register of Historic Places and traversed by the river 
whose total length exceeds 800 miles."
