System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHB 2837 (house committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  On page 2 line 3, strike "contract with an outside 
organization" and substitute "consult with the Legislative Budget 
Board".
	(2)  On page 2, strike lines 16 through 21, and substitute the 
following:    
	"(b)  The Legislative Budget Board shall submit an annual 
report to the legislature and the governor's office based on data 
compiled and analyzed under Subsection (a)."
