Amend HB 2840 as follows:                                                    

(1)  On page 2, lines 10-11, strike "Subsections (e) and (f), 	Section 822.003, Health and Safety Code, are amended to read as 
follows" and substitute "Section 822.003(f), Health and Safety 
Code, is amended to read as follows".
	(2)  Strike page 2, lines 12 through 20.
