The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSHB 2876 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  On page 1, line 5, strike "Section 13.002(1), Water Code, 
is amended" and substitute "Section 13.002, Water Code, is amended 
by amending Subdivision (1) and adding Subdivision (10-a)".
	(2)  On page 1, between lines 15 and 16, insert the following:                 
		(10-a)  "Landowner," "owner of a tract of land," and 
"owners of each tract of land" includes multiple owners of a single 
deeded tract of land.
