Amend HB 2932 on third reading in added Section 2262.004(b), 
Government Code (second reading engrossment, page 2, line 4), 
between "major stockholder," and "or", by inserting "a paid 
consultant with a contract with the business entity the value of 
which exceeds $25,000,".
