Amend CSHB 3318, on page 1 of the bill, between lines 15 and 
16, by inserting the following:
	(c)  The continuing education requirements adopted under 
this section do not apply to a business license holder that operates 
solely as a wood treater that treats wood on property owned by the 
business license holder.
