Amend HB 3485 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                        
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Subsection (a), 
Section 54.1352, Government Code (page 1, line 18), between "may 
appoint" and "criminal law", insert "not more than two".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, at the end of proposed 
Subdivision (3), Section 54.1353, Government Code (page 1, line 
36), strike "and".
	(3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, following proposed Subdivision 
(3), Section 54.1353, Government Code (page 1, between lines 36 and 
37), insert the following new Subdivision (4) and renumber the 
subsequent subdivision of that section accordingly:
		(4)  be a licensed attorney with at least four years 
experience;
