Amend Amendment No. 11 to CSHB 3540 by Turner by adding the 
following appropriately numbered section to Article 6 as follows:
	SECTION 6. ___. The Texas Lottery Commission shall by rule 
limit the number of lottery tickets that may be purchased on a 
single computer or on a single debit or credit card in a day.
