	(1)  On page 4, line 28, strike "may" and substitute "must".     
	(2)  On page 5, line 6, following the underlined semicolon, 
insert "and".
	(3)  On page 5, line 10, strike "; and" and substitute an 
underlined period.
	(4)  On page 5, strike lines 11-13.
