Amend Amendment No. 39 by Chavez on page 2, after the period 
on line 25, by inserting the following:
	(c)  A nonprofit organization described by Subsection (b) may 
not conduct bingo under this section unless the organization 
transfers to the state on a monthly basis an amount equal to five 
percent of the gross receipts from bingo in a manner determined by 
the comptroller.
