The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend CSHB 3540 in ARTICLE 3 of the bill on page 7, line 2, by
inserting the following after the period: "The changes in law made
by this Article apply only to state employees who leave state
employment on or after September 1, 2005."
