Amend HB 3540 on third reading by striking Section 
161.551(a)(2), Health and Safety Code, as added by SECTION __.02 of 
Second Reading Amendment No. 26 by Keffer, Jim, and substituting 
the following:
		(2)  "Tobacco product" has the meaning assigned by 
Sections 155.001(15)(C)-(E), Tax Code.
