Amend HJR 6, (Senate committee printing) as follows:                         
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the resolution, at the end of added 
Section 32, Article I, Texas Constitution (page 1, between lines 16 
and 17), insert the following:
	(c)  A union in this state, of one man and one woman, must 
include some sexual intercourse.
