System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHJR 54 as follows:                                                   

(1)  On page 2, strike lines 3-7 and substitute:
		(1)  relieving congestion on public highways;                          
		(2)  enhancing public safety;                                          
	(2)  On page 5, strike lines 17-22 and substitute 
"rehabilitation, and expansion of rail facilities.".
