	Amend HJR 89 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  On page 1, line 12, between "Purple Heart," and "the 
Legislature" insert "or the Congressional Medal of Honor".
	(2)  On page 2, line 6, between "Purple Heart or", insert "the 
Congressional Medal of Honor".
