	Amend HR 5 as follows:                                                       
	(1) On page 167, line 2, strike "one" and substitute "24
[one]".
	(2) On page 167, line 7, strike "nature" and substitute 
"language [nature]".
	(3) On page 167, line 12, strike "and" and substitute 
"[and]".
	(4) On page 167, line 15 between "requested" and the period, 
insert:         
		"; and                                                                        
		" (5) a fiscal note attached to the resolution outlining 
the fiscal implications and probable cost of the items to be 
included in the conference committee report that would otherwise be 
prohibited but for the passage of the resolution".
